Accounts Executive


Job Description

  1. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  2. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable
  3. Prepare suppliers payments and customer receipts
  4. Reconcile the accounts receivable and account payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  5. Facilitate payments of invoices due by sending reminders to customers and agents
  6. Prepare and generate reports for account receivables and payables status
  7. Updates and maintain daily bank balances
  8. Assists in month-end closing activities
